Investment Strategy and philosophy:

1. What is your investment objective?

[toggle title_open=”Close Me” title_closed=”Open Me” hide=”yes” border=”yes” style=”default” excerpt_length=”0″ read_more_text=”Read More” read_less_text=”Read Less” include_excerpt_html=”no”]Generate Consistent Passive Incomes (>=10%/year) and Enormous CAPITAL GAINS (>50%) through investing as a RELAXED INVESTOR in Stock and diversified investment Markets.[/toggle]

2. What is your investment strategy?

[toggle title_open=”Close Me” title_closed=”Open Me” hide=”yes” border=”yes” style=”default” excerpt_length=”0″ read_more_text=”Read More” read_less_text=”Read Less” include_excerpt_html=”no”]Having experienced different investing approaches of trading, market-cycle investing and value investing over the past 17 years of investing journey enables me to distinguish strengths and flaws in different investing methods.
This propelled me to establish a unique Ein55 Styles, which is a mega-market-cycle investing, integrating both value investing and market-cycle investing.
I would stay invested during a mega bull market (usually between a period of about 2 to 5 years) and sell before the arrival of the mega bear market, which the latter can result in 25% to 50% downfall. Of course, this method involves estimating the upside potential or the peak of the market. Market-cycle investing can achieve higher profit with shorter investing period, which also implies higher annual returns.
I would minimize investment risk by using value investing for entry, i.e. buying at low price with substantial margin of safety, thus enables the investors to have strong holding power to avoid selling low during the mid-term corrections.
Even if we miss selling before the bear market, and are forced to hold till the next market cycle, the mega-market-cycle investing would become value investing, and the only compromise is lower annual rate of return. But we can continue to have a stress-free investing life by ignoring the rise and fall of the market.
At the same time, it is important for each investor to have a personalized investing strategy because each individual has unique investing style and personality. This is a strong focus in the Ein55 course to understand possible options and then to customize a unique strategy within the allowable options.[/toggle]

3. What is your investment philosophy?

[toggle title_open=”Close Me” title_closed=”Open Me” hide=”yes” border=”yes” style=”default” excerpt_length=”0″ read_more_text=”Read More” read_less_text=”Read Less” include_excerpt_html=”no”]This topic is actually covered in the final Ein55 Styles #55: Ein55 Life Styles. Apply Ein55 Styles learned as life philosophy, interpreting from your own perspectives. Eg. for mega-market-cycle of life, entire life is like value investing, from born to death, no turning back of time. Within the life, there are various mega cycles, eg. education, career, hobbies, friendship, etc. Always start from low and end with high to maximize the life. Past successes to overcome some major difficulties in life will become new “support” in life. Similarly past defeat could be the new “resistance” in life.
Investment is part of life. The last and most powerful Style of Ein55 is actually to apply the investing knowledge in life, which could change one’s investing perspective. Life is not just making money. When one forgets about the final goal of making money, treating investment as a hobby (doing research, applying in practice, comparing the results, fine-tuning the method, etc), money may actually come unknowingly. Warren Buffet is the perfect example, earning his fortune from others, but will return to the society one day.[/toggle]

4. Why graduates should follow your coaching program?

[toggle title_open=”Close Me” title_closed=”Open Me” hide=”yes” border=”yes” style=”default” excerpt_length=”0″ read_more_text=”Read More” read_less_text=”Read Less” include_excerpt_html=”no”]Due to limited time with aggressive plan, the coverage of original 4-day Ein55 course could be overwhelming for some graduates, too many investing techniques (eg. 55 Styles) with comprehensive knowledge were shared, causing some indigestion. The coaching program aims to enhance on understanding of practical topics of full course, leading to formation of personalized investing strategy, able to independently decide on what to buy, when to buy, when to sell.

Hands-on homework will be assigned after each session, selected work will be reviewed as case studies in the next session. Q&A by emails in between the sessions & during coaching. Handout will be given for session missed (if any).
In short, the coaching program is not to learn something new, but to focus in application of what was learned before, gaining the confidence through hand-holding of the detailed steps, following case studies of peers’ work, gradually achieving individual investing goals.[/toggle]
